The automatic installer for wp2latex needs some additional effort because wp2latex is not stand alone package. It should be incorporated into existig EmTeX or MikTex TeX installation. Current installers need to be configured very much. I do not say it is impossible, but I don't have time for this task. I welcome any volunteer, thar will do this. Thanks to Hilferty for his scrutinizig of free installers: --------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 06 Oct 2000 19:43:11 +0200 From: Joseph Hilferty Subject: Setup Utility Hi, Jara, I think I've finally found a simple setup utility that might generate a WP2LaTeX installer: Setup Generator: http://www.gentee.com It so simple that you probably could figure it out in a few minutes. It's free and it was written in C++. There's also another free installer generator written in C++: Freeman http://www.netnet.net/~freeman I tried it out a while back, and it is definitely not as intuitive as Setup Generator. It is much more powerful, though. Finally, there's a nice utility (written in Delphi): Inno http://www.jrsoftware.org/ It is also more powerful than Setup Generator, but it is not nearly as intuitive. So, maybe Setup Generator might be a good substitute for the .bat file I wrote. (BTW, I hope there have been no complaints or problems.)
